You can book personal training sessions individually or in blocks to use as you wish,
so that we can work towards achieving your goals - and this suits many people well.
Alternatively you might find that one of the nine packages offered below are what
you are looking for. They are all tailored to you as an individual but designed
with a certain method of training in mind or to achieve specific outcomes. All packages
run for 12 weeks and are available with
1, 2 or 3 sessions a week. Also why not take a look at ‘My Year’ for the ultimate

Are you looking for a sensible but effective strategy for shifting that stubborn
body fat? These are high energy, calorie burning, metabolism boosting workouts alongside
nutrition advise and planning.
I will ensure you are fat burning both during and after our sessions as we raise
your metabolic rate and build lean muscle. A balance of interval cardio exercise
and resistance training provide the basis for this weight loss and body toning programme.
Great fun all round workouts with the main focus on boxing fitness training with
pads.
As a Padbox qualified instructor I will deliver exciting sessions building on footwork,
punches and combinations, and reactionary moves. You get all the adrenaline and
fitness benefits of boxing training without getting hit!
Sessions can also incorporate resistance training and core work.
Here we focus the majority of our time on exercises for the core muscles of your
trunk. Excellent for sportspeople or those wanting to prevent lower back pain.
Progressive workouts - building strength through the different layers of your core
musculature, gradually increasing the load and planes of movement.
Fun sessions incorporating resistance bands, exercise balls and the Bosu.
Would you like to go out jogging but find it difficult getting started or lack the
confidence to go it alone?
We will go out together and do a walk/jog programme, gradually and safely building
up your endurance to increase the length of time that you are running. With a programme
for practice between sessions and advice on nutrition, resistance training and core
exercise to complement your jogging - you will be on your way!
If you would benefit from a fitness training programme to help you improve your game
then this is the package for you.
You name the sport and following discussions on your strengths/weaknesses I will
deliver a functional training programme that meets the specific requirements that
will allow you to compete at your best. This will be designed to fit around and
complement any training and competitions/matches you are involved in.
This is a fun and engaging postnatal exercise package that safely and effectively
helps you on your way to regaining your figure - delivered by a specialist in exercise
and pregnancy.
Includes cardio and resistance exercises and a real focus on your pelvic floor and
abdominal muscles.
Your baby can be with us as we exercise if that suits - so no need for childcare.
With your exciting wedding day on the horizon you would, of course, like to look
and feel at your best.
Adapted to suit your specific goals, this programme is designed to lead up to your
big day and get you there full of energy and looking good.
Hard work, but fun (distract you from all that planning!) these workouts include
all the elements of a total fitness programme.
