You can book personal training sessions individually or in blocks to use as you wish, so that we can work towards achieving your goals - and this suits many people well. Alternatively you might find that one of the nine packages offered below are what you are looking for.
They are all tailored to you as an individual but designed with a certain method of training in mind or to achieve specific outcomes. All packages run for 10 weeks and are available with 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week. Also why not take a look at 'My Year' for the ultimate package!
